Art on the Square is a juried fine art show that brings together award-winning artists, lively entertainment, and a relaxing community atmosphere. It's located at the Veterans Memorial Fountain in beautiful downtown Belleville, Illinois. Held annually the weekend after Mother’s Day, it transforms Belleville's Public Square into a hub of creativity and culture.

Since its inception in 2002, the festival has grown into a famous event that presents the work of around 100 accomplished artists each year. The festival recognizes outstanding talent in different categories and presents prestigious Artist Awards.

The festival's commitment to excellence has garnered significant recognition. It has been ranked as number one Fine Art Fair in nation by Art Fair Source Book, a respected guide in the art fair industry!
