Similar to other review. I arrived at 9am, nobody opened the store until 9:35am. Otherwise fine.

I waited 30 minutes as they "needed to restart the system" which took that much of a time even though the system restarted quicker.

The staff who accepted my luggage was very friendly and kind. Smooth process and location was awesome and convenient.

Very good customer service, the staff seemed to know exactly how to handle Bounce storage. My one concern is the labels that were wrapped completely around the handle of our luggage. They were very difficult to get off, and I actually had to wait until I used home and use Goo Gone to completely remove the paper and adhesive residue. I would suggest using labels more like the kind that airlines use to tag luggage, the label adheres only to itself and not to the luggage surface.
