Everything was straightforward and the staff were very friendly. 🥰

A bit tricky at first because I didn‘t know to drop off my baggage I had to choose „send package“ and then scan the code, but after some help via chat everything worked out perfectly fine!

The man in the shop was unfriendly and annoyed. Otherwise, the handover and pickup went smoothly. The shop is easy to find and centrally located.

The website/app should make clear this store is OUTSIDE of the train station.

Great location, right by the train station and the cathedral and easy drop off/ pickup. The store is a little cramped, so might be tricky to get in/out with large luggage

no security, bags just stored in the back of the shop and anyone could've stolen it. nothing happened to my belongings but it didn't instill confidence
