Dropping off our luggage was quick, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We didn’t have to worry about carrying our bags around while exploring Taipei. Pick-up was also smooth and hassle-free. Would definitely use this service again!

The location is very easy to find. Just a few steps at the M8 Exit from Taipei Main Station. They are located at 12F and open from 10am-6pm. Very secure for your luggage. Will go back again!

The location was easy to find and the owner was very nice and helpful with storing our bags. We definitely felt like our bags were safe and secure. The location is down the street from The Red House and Ximending which is ideal for any tourist who want to explore nearby.

I love the cafe, the coffee is so good and the staff is also good at speak English, very friendly and helpful It's quite rare that we found this kind of person in Taiwan, but he was the one who also made our trip memorable!

Drop off went great! Location was fine, it's across the street from the red house in the alley and then I found it. Owners were quite lovely and accommodating. Very sweet! and handled my items with care.

We had such a good experience that we booked another reservation back to back. The staff is very friendly and organized. They have the tracking system organized and transparent, and I had no concern leaving our family's several check in luggage here while we traveled around Taiwan. The location is a quick walk around the corner from Taipei station and the hours are convenient.
