Drop off went great! Location was fine, it's across the street from the red house in the alley and then I found it. Owners were quite lovely and accommodating. Very sweet! and handled my items with care.

We had such a good experience that we booked another reservation back to back. The staff is very friendly and organized. They have the tracking system organized and transparent, and I had no concern leaving our family's several check in luggage here while we traveled around Taiwan. The location is a quick walk around the corner from Taipei station and the hours are convenient.

The best location you can find if you are taking train at Taipei station period. If I have to complain anything, the elevator takes a bit of time.

Very convenient luggage storage facility, especially if the one at the station is fully booked. It’s located close to the station and was easy to find. Booking was simple and hassle-free. They open early at 10am and close at 5:30pm, which worked well for my schedule. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the whole process was smooth and foreigner-friendly. Service was great overall . Would recommend.
