Savannah luggage storage

Our reservation said we had to pick up luggage by 5:30. Store employee told us 5:00.

Great customer service - very friendly and professional. Gave us the claim tags and bags were kept in a locked, secure storage area.

This was such a cool and unique location! Glad we got to hang out a bit while picking up our bags. The bags were stored very securely and we had no worries about leaving them there.

Nice staff and easy pick up/drop off. Luggages were maintained securely with bounce tags and in a separate locked room. Perfect!

Easy drop off and pick up, friendly staff. Only downside was how securely our luggage were kept. Back door with back room, unlocked and no name tag on the luggage or valet tag required. Anyone could have taken our luggage and vice versa.

Outstanding experience. First time using Bounce and will definitely use them again. This shopkeeper could not have been more friendly and accommodating. Really great experience.

I was leery about using this service as it was my first time. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by Eric and 3 adorable pups. At that moment my mind was placed at ease. The place was charming and Eric could not have been more gracious. The process was simple and seamless. My bags were locked on the second floor of the building, and I felt very comfortable leaving my bags for the day. I highly recommend this drop off spot! Thank you Eric for being so kind!

Knowing where the bags are secured would have made me feel more confident.

Didn’t verify my identity versus stored items, hence they could be improved. Other than that, it was very convenient and helpful.

When we arrived to drop off the store was closed, it opened 50 minutes after it was supposed to open and 20 min after our reservation was supposed to start. An employee from a shop nearby had to call someone to come open the store, if they hadn't done so who knows when it would have opened. The first reservation in the afternoon went well and had no issues.

Amazing, friendly staff!

I highly recommend it, my boyfriend and I wanted to explore more of the city of Savannah before we returned home and it was possible to leave our bags safely.

Unfortunately our drop off was at a weed shop so it smelled like weed and was very hot inside (Savannah in August).

Associate was pleasant and extremely helpful.

The 2 girls I dealt with were great the girl who checked me in was very accommodating, I couldn’t find my receipt, Jennifer who checked us out was extremely helpful our flight was canceled at the last minute, boo Delta, she was trying to help us find a new flight.

Location walkable to Historic Savannah. Staff made it easy to check in/check out. Very convenient

When we checked in our luggage we were asked for our phone number in case the store wanted to close early due to rain. I found this strange sfter I had paid for the day for this to be a possibility. Store did not close early but the idea that I might be called mid day to get my luggage really bothered me.

Everyone we met there was super helpful and kind!

It was so easy that I used the service again a few days later. Friendly staff who greeted me by name, saying they expected me. They gave me a luggage tag and I was out the door in a few seconds of arrival. The area where they store the luggage is secure and out of view by visitors. Great idea!!!

We weren’t greeted when checking in which made us think we didn’t have the right location. We eventually were given tags to check our bags but when we provided the QR Code to scan they refused. We left our bags and said goodbye confirming the pickup time before we left. A few blocks later we realized the person checking us in was following after us. There was a language barrier so we weren’t sure what the issue was but we went back and they scanned the QR Code to officially check us in. The experience left us feeling a little uneasy so we didn’t leave our bags for the entire time we paid for and picked them up a few hours early. Although it didn’t seem unsafe it just was unorganized and confusing.

The store is located in a perfect location making both drop off and pick up very convenient. The staff was very friendly. We had no problems with this location and would recommend to anyone visiting to Savannah and who needs to store their items for the day!

This was an easy seamless process. The person I dealt with at check in (Keyon- I may have misspelled his name), was very pleasant to chat with and helpful. I did not get the person's name at check-out, but she was also very helpful.
