It was easy process, checked in.and paid and checked out via app, but it was a challenge to find the place. Staff were friendly.

We had to check out of our Air BNB at 10 AM and our cruise didn’t start boarding until 3 PM, so we were in a quandary as to what to do with all of our luggage. I knew I didn’t want to lug a 29” Samsonite around Reykjavík and had noticed that luggage storage places were a thing. When I googled the closest storage places, this was it! They were close to the cruise ship docks and on our way. They were very friendly when we arrived and when we came back later. *My only comment is that it was hard to locate since they are actually inside a restaurant and Google Maps is not helpful. We walked past it three times before we realized.

Absolutely couldn’t be simpler. It was an unexpected pleasure to find at least ONE bargain in this town.

Quick, easy, and close to all the attractions! Go on the other side of the steeet so you don’t need to climb stairs!

Good process for checking in and out. Felt confident our bags were secure and wouldn’t get mixed up with other people’s bags.

Great experience! The gentleman took our cases for us (helped lift them up the 3-4 steps into the shop) and kept them securely while we toured around Reykjavik for the afternoon. Then pickup was quick and easy and he helped to lift them back down the steps. It was just 50 yards from Bus Stop #6, so very easy to walk down the street to get picked up by FlyBus to head to the airport. I would recommend this location for ease and their professionalism!

Employees were cheerful and took care of us promptly. Luggage was very securely stored. Good spot we’d use again. Although they try to convey this, we put the Laugavegur address into GPS, which is going to bring you to the front; then you have to take steps up to get to the back. Be sure to cut over to Grettisgata a block before, or just take Grettisgata the whole way; store is very easy to spot and access then.
