Queenstown luggage storage

We had to wait quite long to leave our luggage (over 15 minutes). I understand that this may happen, but still, it was a bit annoying as we had only limited time to explore the city. What was really problematic is that the luggage room is upstairs. As my partner has back problems, it was not optimal for him to carry the suitcase of 20kg upstairs. Unfortunately, the accommodation itself is quite smelly so I think if you leave your stuff there longer it will smell as well. Although the staff was very friendly, I would not leave my luggage here again and would not recommen choosinge this location.

The staff were friendly, but access to the store is up two or three flights of stairs as it is located on the first floor with no lift. This is not ideal with heavy bags. Storage of the bags was just in the corner of the store, so security of our belongings was not great, as staff were often in the back room.
