No reply to my initial email. Our luggage was not secured safely. It was left at the front desk very publically for everyone to see. Although the desk was staffed, anyone could have come in and swiped one of the smaller rucksacks, or even a bigger case while front desk staff were absent.

Attentive and very kind people

Luggage is placed in the basement in front of the Office but no door to be locked. Luggage stands in front of a backdoor to the indoor parking of the hotel. When I arrived for pick up people where doing a small bday party right besides my suitcase. Staff is friendly though.

Excellent service from the staff (Miguel) security and tranquility at all times

Please inform the customer that after 7pm the hotel has no receptionist, leaving only the guard on duty and between his rounds it may take a while for the delivery of luggage. Also, be careful when going down the stairs, especially with large suitcases. Otherwise everything is fine. Practical and safe service.
