It was a torture to find the office location. Placing a A5 size sticker on a door surrounded by heaps of other stores and banners is just BAD. The staff attitude needs to be improved too. They seem absolutely not interested in customer's concerns and appeared preoccuppied with their phones. This doesn't build up the reliable impression of business.

Easy to find and the staff was very friendly. So glad to find a place to put my luggage away because my flight wasn’t till later

Easy process to leave our bags in storage. They even arranged a taxi to take us to the airport when we came back to collect them, which was great! Saved us having to go looking for one, and the taxi price was really competitive too.

Should maybe advertise “use bounce” somewhere near the shop as i found it difficult to locate - otherwise everything else was perfect
