I booked for another location in financial district which accepted then was directed here instead. No real check of payment or receipt or confirmation of which bag was taken by which person. Wasn't an issue in the end as bag was there but wasn't much system

Both times I checked in the worker didn’t ask to see my confirmation just let me into the room. Then my bag had fallen to the ground when I put it on a shelf.

It worked perfectly, i left my luggage for 4 days while in Colombia and there weren't any problems. The luggage is stored on a locked room.

Very seamless process, and conveniently located in Casco Viejo. I stored my luggage here as I arrived in Panama at 7am and my Airbnb check in was at 3pm. Id highly recommend.
