Everything is very close to the station, which makes it convenient. The only thing that is very visible is the luggage. This could be improved.

The location was very good and convenient

Very close to station. Very quick service to collect - a bit of a wait to drop off of about 5 minutes before staff were available as this is a working restaurant. Very reasonable charge for the whole day.

Brilliant support

Our bags were not in a secure location. They were tucked behind a table but were visible from the doorway. When we arrived to retrieve them the staff member was upstairs so the downstairs was empty, meaning anyone who saw our bags through the window could have walked in and taken them. The location was great and the attendant was very courteous and friendly, but we would not use this facility again because of the lack of security.

Everyone at was very helpful, especially considering that it was raining heavily. They asked us to take a picture of our bags so they could find them more quickly wen we returned. This was brilliant. When we claimed our bags they brought them out quickly and we were on our way! Excellent service.
