Smooth, friendly, helpful

It was a bit nerve-racking leaving our stuff behind in a shop but the woman was great and our stuff was waiting when we returned. I would do this again in a heartbeat! Leaving our bags made for a lovely afternoon!

Great experience, the only issue for us was that luggage was stored in the main part of the shop - in full sight of all customers.

Sylvia checked my bags in and was absolutely wonderful! She knew that I was coming ahead of time and the whole process was so smooth. Upon hearing that I was flat-hunting in Oxford, she even tried to help me out, which was incredible. The woman who checked my bags back out in the evening was also lovely. I had a really wonderful experience.
