They don't give out systematic baggage tickets. I left and went back to ask for a ticket for my suitcase. The receptionist was a little surprised why I asked for this ticket. To get my bag back, no ticket check. And not even access to go to the toilet. Next time I'll look for another place for my suitcase, there are plenty in the area.

Not a particularly friendly contact, especially when dropping off. Picking up was OK, but not great either

Very very lovely couple who own the store

This location was excellent and accommodated two very large bike boxes (used to transport bicycles). The first Bounce location we went to advertised they could take that sized luggage, then denied accepting the boxes. This location was perfect - no problems!

After entering the cafe, the luggage storage area is not very clear and at first I didn't know what to do with my suitcase.

It was a bit difficult to find the exact location. Maybe Bounce sticker on the door would help more

Thanks easy servie and near a tram stop.

Staff were so friendly and nice. They even called and ordered a big taxi for 7 of us and recommended a restaurant close by. Very clean toilets to use on site and we felt so assured leaving our luggage here for 8 hours.

There is no control over bags or suitcases that are left or removed. This gives a feeling of insecurity. The staff was also not friendly.
