Yes, but they're not always the best option. Luggage lockers can fill up quickly and may be unavailable when you need them. Some luggage lockers may be too small to fit large or bulky items. Unlike luggage lockers, we don't charge per hour and instead charge a flat rate for 24 hours of storage. We also have partners who watch over your stuff to make sure it's safe, and can answer any questions you may have or give you advice on what to do in Marbella.
We only partner with trusted businesses who have a dedicated, secure place to keep your luggage safe. Some businesses may store luggage behind a counter that's off-limits to customers, while others may have storage rooms or closets for your luggage. But no matter where you choose to leave your luggage, our partners will keep it safe.
Yes, but many companies charge per hour and costs can add up fast. We charge one price for 24 hours of storage, so storing your stuff is more affordable in Marbella.
Plans change, we get it! Spain's Costa del Sol provides a best-of-both-worlds that is incredibly hard to find. Not only are history buffs and culture aficionados able to experience the best of Spanish heritage, but they'll have pleasant Mediterranean weather and some of the most beautiful beaches in Europe to enjoy. One of the region's more underrated destinations is Marbella, which is situated just west of the regional capital Malaga, and can be reached by bus or taxi.
Between the beach and Old Town, Marbella’s appeal is hard to deny, and even better, they can be enjoyed without having to navigate the crowds that have swamped other Mediterranean travel destinations. Still, you’ll want to do some logistical planning to make sure your trip runs smoothly, including finding a place to keep any unneeded bags in Marbella safe before you head to the beach. The Bounce luggage storage network can really come in handy for travel days when you want to get your trip properly started.
Bounce provides the convenience of being able to find and book luggage storage online with the peace of mind that you'll have a secure place to store your bags. We operate 7 locations in Marbella while offering secure luggage storage facilities throughout most European cities and travel destinations. All of these facilities are located in trusted local businesses that provide a more friendly experience than train station lockers.
It's not a massive town by any means, so you’ll probably only have to navigate Old Town and the waterfront during your trip to Marbella. Luckily, Bounce strategically places our 7 locations near travel hotspots where visitors really need luggage storage. Try our main storage location at C. Buitrago, 1, 29601 Marbella, Málaga, Spain, and if that doesn't work, others will.
Marbella is actually the largest city in Spain without a dedicated train line, so the city’s primary transit hub is the bus station right in the city center. The most common way to reach Marbella is by taking a bus from Málaga Airport, with plenty of services operated by CTSA-Portillo. There are also daily routes heading to Costa del Sol and Marbella from both Barcelona and Madrid.
Most international travelers will fly into Malaga and take the bus or a taxi to Marbella. Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport has numerous international connections throughout Europe and North America, and the ride takes about 40 minutes between the airport and Marbella. Since it is not in town, it isn't ideal to store your luggage here.
This lovely square is by far the most beautiful landmark in Marbella (and that’s saying something). The “Plaza of the Oranges” is aptly named for its grove of vibrant orange trees that were planted in the 1940s. The actual plaza dates back much further than the orange trees as it was constructed as an open-air marketplace during Muslim rule in Marbella in the 15th century.
One of the last remaining vestiges of the former Muslim rule in Marbella, the ruins of an old fortress and defensive wall can still be seen today. You'll be able to catch a glimpse of the wall sneaking its way through Old Town from practically anywhere, and there's a winding path that makes for scenic morning strolls and exceptional pictures. Luggage will only get in the way of your tour here, so store everything with us before you head in.
