Store only 15 min walk from train station in Fort Worth. Easy to drop off bags and spend the day sightseeing. Made life easy as I didn’t have to drag a bag around all day, definitely worth using.

Loads of staff for friendly efficient turn around.

There really was no issue, got checked in fast, staff where nice and checked out easy. It also helped that you got sent an email as a reminder to get your baggage before your time was up. Overall was a great experience.

First time using the app and would use again. The UPS store were great, very professional and quick. I only knocked a star off because I had assumed bags would maybe be in a back room but they were in the front of the store near the windows, which didn't feel as secure as I would have liked. I didn't leave any valuables in any case, and we had no issues.

Staff were extremely friendly and fast, everything was very easy.

It was great having a place to put our luggage since we had several hours before catching our train. Highly recommend!

Everything was good. I know paper work is important but for your own savings you may think of making bag tags less paper, less content and smaller… it was like a ‘book’/instruction guide packed in plastic folia glued to my luggage . Cheers
