Very friendly, efficient and reassuring.

Uphill location, not at all suitable for carrying suitcases. The whole area didn't seem very safe.

Very friendly staff that got our luggage secured despite us being a big party of 6, each with 2 pieces. They had it securely locked up in a room and we were able to have a great visit around Cork without lugging bags around.

Be careful, the drop-off hotel is located at the top of a steep hill, which is not very convenient with luggage. The staff are friendly and the drop-off and pick-up were very quick.

It would be nice though if you could give us a receipt when dropping off the luggage.

Staff was exceptionally accommodating for us when we showed up with two bike cases, which didn't fit in the standard lockers. Very much appreciated, as it made our trip logistics much easier.

Staff was super friendly, check-in was fast and simple. I was surprised that there were private lockers to store my luggage, and that definitely was a bonus and made it more secure. Location of the place was perfect and it seemed super clean. I would definitely recommend this service for everyone!

Great experience, very convenient location right on Patrick street close to everything. The staff were very friendly and nice. I was happy to see the bag is stored in a separate room that nobody can access, so it seems very safe.

The place smelt

Secure luggage storage, very friendly hostel staff, "a bit difficult" to reach on foot as very steep streets... close to the train station.

Very convenient and easy for safely leaving bags. Not far from station and bus station but climbing a briefly steep road with a heavy bag would be difficult for some. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Offered use of toilet facilities!

A little on the side of city centre, but suited us pretty well when we arrived by train and later picked up a rental from Hertz/Thrifty. We only stayed for a few hours, so would have loved some other price options then full day of 5€/piece, for example 1€/hour. To the price came an additional 33% service amount for us, that wasn't clearly stated on the price info.

This is a hostel and they will give you access to a proper locker, so highly recommend! The staff member who took care of me even offered for me to use the bathroom while dropping off, so extra-points for being welcoming!

They were very helpful but the qr checkout code would not work . However I was not overcharged

On arrival, we were unable to check our bags in properly. The member of staff insisted that we had to press a check-in button in the app or they wouldn’t be able to accept our bags. I explained and showed that the only option available to the customer was a PIN for the staff to use to do the check-in process. After a couple of mins she agreed to take the bags anyway, produced numbered bounce baggage tags and accepted our bags. On return, bags were brought back quickly. All the staff were pleasant. Bags were clearly kept in a staff only location. I was contacted the following day asking me to check-in or provide my PIN so they could complete the encounter. I asked them to contact bounce to get their check-in process in order.

Check in was easy and quick. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Let us use their restrooms as well.

Friendly, helpful, we kept key to locker to protect. Pickup was smooth and the hotel staff even arranged for a taxi for us.

The front desk help was very good and our luggage was carefully stored. My only problem the location of the Hostel from the train. Best if you aren't dragging a heavy suitcase and walking there.
