Great little luggage storage, fully manned by a helpful team. Be warned that they do have a lunch break.

We couldn’t check in to our Airbnb and we used Bounce for the first time! It was perfect. I thought the cost was a bit high.

Staff so kind and safe place

It's about double the price compared to Japanese coin lockers, but that seems to be the market price... . . From what I could find, the prices were the lowest near the old town. It's a little further back from the main street, but it's easy to find because there's a "Luggage Storage" sign in front of the store. The guy at the reception was friendly and pleasant. The storage store was not face large street but you can find easy here cause standing signboard in front of it. Reception staff is friendly and kind.

Our experience was brilliant. We found the location very easily after getting off train. Drop off and pick up was easy. Very friendly service, he made sure we were pointed in right direct to Old Colmar. Will use this service and recommend to others. Perfect!

I used it twice, and the price was the same on both days: 10/17 and 10/14. It was great because I could easily reserve in advance and pick it up by simply showing the QR code.

It's hard to identify the place as there are no signs/directions at the station or in the bakery window. The service could be a little more friendly.
