Great place to keep your stuff

This was incredibly convenient and fairly cost effective! My fiancè and I wanted to explore Colmar en route to Strasbourg but didnt want to lug our wheeled suitcases around - this was the perfect find! The host was professional and friendly. We had our own luggage locks but really didn’t feel like they were even needed. Highly recommend! Less than a 2 min walk from the train station.

Even though we spoke no french, drop off and pick up were so easy. The man who helped us was so kind, offered us water, tea, snacks and a restroom while we were checking in our things. Would highly recommend.

Situated right next to Colmar station it was easy for us to drop our luggage for few hours to go see the town. The guy was professional and helpful and kept our luggage intact. Feedback- Bounce should provide with tie locks to service providers so that luggage can be locked, it gives more sense of security to the luggage owner.

The baggage storage was quick and easy. We knew it was a cell phone shop but were unsure, and when we waited outside the door to the shop, the man came out and invited us to come in with our bags. He was very kind and friendly. Arrived and was able to book storage on the spot. The man in charge primarily spoke French and tried his best to communicate with us in English. Only wish we could have left our bags with him later than 6 pm and were able to communicate with him. Overall a very easygoing and nice experience. Would recommend! Made our day in Colmar easier.

The location is good as it is right in front of the station and the staff are friendly.

It’s a mobile store and very closely located to the Colmar train station. So easily accessible between trains. My luggage & things were all stored safely and was intact. I would highly recommend.

Very cool shop!

I noticed that the location is luggage storage only because I looked up on the Internet to get the clue. I couldn’t see the sign that the store is bounce partner. Actually not only this place but also other stores.

He was a life saver, so we could store our luggage and have a couple of hours to walk around and enjoy the beautiful village of Colmar!…

Important to remember this is a phone store! The person working the store was helpful and quick when we arrived, highly reccomend.

The location was great as it was close to the station!

Warn that they may close the store and they are not there. Which means we have to wait at the door cold and in a hurry.

Couldn't find the third bag - spent ages looking

We arrived by train for the day and the location was about an 8 minute walk from the station to the drop off point. Drop off and pick up was easy and the staff was extremely friendly. Would recommend!

Super nice and friendly staff. Process was so easy. We stored our bags and fold up bikes in bags there. Could not have been more seamless. Great experience. Highly recommend. Very convenient location.
