Welcoming and friendly staff!

When we picked up our bags, the man had us waiting for almost 10 m at the door. The pick-up went well. But we agreed with him that the following Monday at 10:00 we would leave our bags with him again and the shop was closed. We confirmed with him on several occasions that we would come on Monday at 10:00 and the shop was closed. Very little seriousness.

A stone's throw from the Flixbus/BlaBlaBus station, so ideal location, and I was able to wait for my bus (several hours!) within the hotel grounds with access to a socket to charge my devices, access the toilets, etc., so really super practical!

Fast and friendly service

It said that the bags could be collected until 10:30 pm and in the middle of the afternoon they sent a message in the chat saying that we would have to collect the bags by 6 pm because they had to close. Besides being an inconvenience to have to go early to collect them, we could not have seen the message since it was sent to the email that we don't always check.
