Great store, easy to find, close to the tram stop, very friendly staff.

The staff in the shop were really helpful. We downloaded the app and they waited while we paid to leave our bags at the premises. The lovely lady remembered us when we went back to collect and got our bags very quickly.

Everything was smooth and we fully recommend it.

It's a really great experience using Bounce and at MS Cosmetics. The process is really quick and easy with friendly people taking care of the luggage with care at a very convenient location.

All the staff were amazing especially the friendly lady, she gave me recommendations for places to visit too and was very clear with communication about check in and out.

The Staff was very friendly, we actually could use the Selina's facilities. Everything was really good.

I was due to go to a gig at the 02 in Birmingham and they wouldn't let me I'm with my rucksack. Thankfully Nisa were able to look after it for a small fee. The staff were really kind and helpful

It was very difficult to find the store, because Costcutter was written very very tiny on the confirmation page and the address is incorrect. This aside the person who took our bags was really kind and the service was quick without any issue. I would definitely recommend it!

Conveniently located to the bus station. Shop was open when we needed it on a Sunday. Staff were really friendly and got us checked in and out in only a few minutes. Definitely recommend.

The app told me they were closed just before I was due to pick up my bag, but they weren't closed.

Check In was smooth, nice welcome, they were expecting me. Check out - they recognised me checked my ticket and I was out within 1 minute! Would definitely use them again - thank you!

We arrived at 9:30 as we paid to store our bags from 9-6. The store was closed so we had to find elsewhere until later in the day. The staff were helpful when we arrived later but major inconvenience
