Easy to find and bags get out of sight in a staff only room

Unfortunately, I couldn't open the code for either drop-off or pickup. The support chat was a great help. So my tip: Try it in time.

In the end, the locker wouldn't close properly and kept springing open.

Good location right next to the train station. A standard DHL Packstation. Unfortunately, it's a bit hidden, not in the main hall, and poorly marked, so you had to search for it first.

Everything is super good

There is not an actual locker so she just asked what they looked like and went to get it. that is not safe at all. I got a bag from my friend that wasn’t even in the reservation I paid for

Super fast and easy to use

No sign, not easy to find 141.

All of our bags were absolutely fine and the service was brilliant. We were slightly worried that our bags were only kept behind the till and not somewhere more secure though. Other than that it was great.

It's conveniently located. Unfortunately, the immediate surroundings are extremely dirty and neglected.

Too little drop off/pick up time, which makes the experience stressful

Service was great and the location was even better than what the map showed. DON'T follow the map/ street address, it's a glitch. Go to the Meininger Tiergarten hostel on Turmstraße, very close to the U-bahn station.

Amazing service

It's not particularly safe, since the things are stored in a room where the door is always open and not locked.

More information that you have to use the dhl pick up screen.

The directions are a bit strange, you enter from outside the station through a tunnel that is narrower/smaller. The machines work well and the instructions for storing/collecting luggage are simple and clear.

The time to load the locker is very short, you feel extremely warmed otherwise the offer is really great

With given instructions the location in the Berlin Hbf was easy to find. However, the big challenge is when someone wants to drop off their baggage. There is in total under two minutes time during which you have to enter a code ( our station’s barcode scanner which was actually a DHL packet station was not working) and then drop off your stuff and close the door.
