The location was easy to find. It feels a bit confusing to enter though, because it looks like you walk into someones front yard and then into their living room. It's cluttered, but the family running the place is very nice and it was easy to communicate, drop-off and pickup my luggage. No problems!

I was skeptical because there was not enough info about his place. But I will say the guys was supper friendly and responsive, spoke great English. The place is a logistics office space and it is close on the weekend. If it’s for a night they keep it in the lobby- it is closed at night and the door is locked so no one can go in. I left for 3 days so the kept it in a locked office upstairs. Hope this will help to anyone need storage near the airport ✌️

Our experience was fine, but the bags are left in the very front of the shop where anyone could access them. Doesn’t feel secure.

Easy drop off process and bags returned fine. However they seemed insecure as they were just at the front of the shop where anyone could access them.

Everything was excellent! The luggage storage was very secure and just steps from the transport.

A bit of a random spot to find but our bags were safely looked after!

Our luggage was safe for a whole day, securely held in a very larger locker, enough for two backpacks. The lady that served us was kind and supportive. Highly recommend.

After traveling for 20 hours I was really happy to store my luggage at Bounce. The staff spoke perfekt englisch and was really friendly. I could also use a bathroom. I'll use this luggage storage again.

Everything worked perfectly and the staff were very friendly.

You don’t have there lockers, but somebody from reception will always help you and get your things from the storage room -> in the later hours, ring the bell :-). Also, as it is in some kind of hotel, I was able to brush my teeth, change clothes in the bathroom, that’s a nice extra point, if you traveling over night as me.

There we so many luggage storage places in Sofia, but we choose this place on first try. We had no regrets with the price, location, and security of our luggage. All available 24 hours a day. No need to deal with lockers, but a person to interact with. Please choose this place and you will have no regrets.

I dropped off my suitcase at 6:30 in the morning. They opened it quickly and the stay was easy. Everything went well for everyone.
