Very quick and easy process!

It was an easy drop off and pick up as you just need to go up to the counter of the cafe and talk to the staff. I felt that my bag was safe here since they bring the bags to a secure back room and use a ticket system to ensure the bag gets back with the right owner.

This luggage storage option was so convenient and they kept our luggage in the back where it would be safe. They tagged all the luggage and confirmed the pieces on the app. And we’re able to bring them out quickly when we were leaving. They are near the town center close to intersection of Bell and Hart

Really convenient and easy place to store bags, the staff were super helpful and friendly and bags were left in a cupboard behind reception. The only thing I would mention is that this was the George Oxford and not George Street Hotel, which is a couple of doors down - we weren't paying attention and went to the wrong place haha.

you know what? i wasn’t going to bother leaving a review for what was essentially just a cupboard but the drop off and pick up process at the George Oxford Hotel was so friendly, so seamless and so easy that here we are. Cupboard or not, this is way better than dragging your suitcase across the cobbles all day.

FYI it’s George Oxford Hotel opposite the New Theatre. Not the New Theatre on the search screen. Easy enough drop off and collection. They use the QR code, as they should.

It was easy to check in and out. The bags are stored in a private room directly off the showroom which is secure while also easy to access.

All good. This shop stays open later than many others offering a similar service, which is worth checking and knowing.

This place is great. I'm not sure what the other reviewers are talking about. The proprietor was super friendly and trustworthy and this place is open late. Will definitely be back.
