Friendly staff and a central location. Luggage was stored in the luggage room, which was accessible via a code.

We stayed at the Golden Hotel next door, and this parking lot was perfect! The staff were very friendly and helpful in parking the car. Expect to pay around €40 per day. As a bonus, the entrance walls are beautifully decorated with symbols of Naples (see photos). I highly recommend it.

It's a bit expensive 6.7 euro per day, but I only used 3 hours. Sadly, they don't have the option based on per hour.

The Bounce location was great for us since it was a 5-minute walk to the ferry for Sorrento. The staff was friendly and accommodating; we stayed for lunch and the pizza was great.

It was hard to find because it's a restaurant. Just as we were about to leave, they came out to ask if they could help us with anything and they were incredibly helpful.

We had an amazing experience with the storage locker facility Telefone Planet Via Speranzella. The place is easy to find, well‑organized, and feels truly secure. The owner - a native Neapolitan guy - was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely committed to offering great service, which made leaving our belongings there completely stress‑free. Even though he didn’t speak English, communication was smoothly and surprisingly easy. The location of the storage drop‑off was perfect, just a few meters from the apartment we stayed in and very close to the Toledo Metro station, which made everything super convenient. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable storage and a great overall experience.
