Escalator still isn't working fyi but the chap who served me was very approachable and friendly. Bags kept in secure area usually they ask you to take a picture of your bags to help identify them Luckily mine are distinctive

Was a little concerned about leaving the bags in basically a small supply closet, but had no issues at all, good use of the space. Friendly staff, bags stored safely. One negative though, access requires you to walk up a flight of stairs, there was an escalator, but it didn't seem to be working. Our bags weren't super heavy, so not going to take a star off for it as it didn't really affect us.
