Very close to the station, easy to find, knowledgeable and helpful staff! Easy to use.

You scan the QR code on the sign in front of the store, which redirects you to the baggage reservation page. Step by step, you pay at the end, and your QR code is generated. You leave your luggage with the person in the store, where he scans your QR code. He marks it with a security seal and asks you to take a photo. You also show your QR code upon pickup. Very efficient and friendly service, I recommend it!

An inconspicuous luggage storage, but everything went quickly and without any problems

The store was located a few minutes from the Lecco railway station. It was easy to find and reserve as the QR code was on the signage outside the store. The staff was friendly and the drop off and pick up were easy. I would use it again!

Good service, you book online and report to the point in the shop on the corner. The cost for a suitcase is €4.90/day, and for a backpack €3.90. After buying the reservation, you have to move your luggage to the shop next door, which the storage service helps with. The suitcases were returned to me in an undamaged condition, and the whole process takes max. 10 minutes.

I dropped my bags at the hotel lobby and the people that helped were all very friendly and welcoming. What an easy setup and came back 5 hours later to grab my bags before hopping on the train. Thank you for the assistance.

A little difficult to find the place since it wasn't signposted but once I understood where it was they were quick and very helpful, I recommend it!

Great location and friendly service at this hotel. Although further from the station than other locations it's still only 10 mins and a better bet due to comprehensive opening hours.
