Friendly staff and the process of storing your bag is very easy. The staff will guide you and you will place your bags in a store room near the reception. Nothing too fancy but it is a very convenient service provided by the hotel. You can also change the pick up time of your bags for free if you were to pick it up on the same day. The hotel is located nearby many shops and a Temple hence the street is busy and not quiet.

Staff was not aware of Bounce facility..Took QR but didn't scan on the app. Came back the 2nd time, another staff then scan the QR on the app

Storage facility was clean and safely locked. The proprietor was helpful and friendly. Added benefit is that they facility is adjacent to a wonderful, beachside restaurant who also owns and manages the storage facility. Easy access from anywhere in the Georgetown.

Service was fine, booking is easy, hotel staff just holds your luggage in the hotel office, you have to book online in advance using the Bounce app. A bit overpriced for 4 bags, as we’ve found that the price for the cheapest room at the hotel was less than what we payed to store the bags, so we could just as well have rented a room for the day.

The hotel is small, and hard to find. The map location is wrong, it's about 500m further down the street, so you should probably fix that, but the woman on reception was very helpful and all in all.a.positibe experience s
