I rate the experience 5 stars. Buonce is preferable to other luggage storage options because it was convenient, practical, and the procedure was well explained, simple, and easy to understand. At the Hotel Medici, I found the staff friendly, helpful, and above all, reliable; I had no problems with my luggage.

All in all, the service was good and extremely helpful. The only thing that bothered us was that the suitcases were stored behind a counter in the store. In the end, nothing was missing, but it didn't give me a good feeling personally.

The drop-off was great and the staff were super friendly and helpful - 5 stars for the staff. There was an issue with the app in that it did not show my booking at pick-up and we ended up missing our train, but the staff at Carrefour were very helpful, patient, and reassuring.

Excellent customer service! Was so kind to even call a taxi for us!! Spoke English well, and felt safe leaving our luggage!!!

Drop off and pick up process it self was very easy. One tiny caveat is it looks like the shop doesn't open at 10:30 on the dot (we dropped off at 10:40) so keep in mind. Regardless would use again in a pinch, because the owner was very kind and helpful!

Very friendly, opened right at the time posted. Staff offered to answer questions about the area and to call a taxi upon pickup. Also convenient that this is a small grocery store so we could grab drinks and head out to our tours.

Very quick and easy. Kind staff. Was hard to find the store; it was further down the street than what the address tells you.
