Really great experience all round. I hadn't heard of Bounce- but I found a place near the station and the shop was very friendly and professional. I will definitely be using Bounce again.

Convenient location, everything happened as it should. Staff member friendly and polite. Only suggestion is to have a part day charge for people like us who only needed storage for a few hours.

Quick, easy reliable and close to station

First time using bounce in Cardiff it was great not to have to slug, you let your luggage all around time while you’re shopping will definitely use again. The shop we left it at we’re friendly and efficient.

Was a little confusing as the place wasn’t actually called ‘bounce’ and was a random off-licence shop. I was slightly unsure about leaving my bag there and the person behind the counter was confused at first when I asked about it. But they took my bag and kept it for me, I had no issues picking it back up, nothing missing or touched or anything like that and the people were very friendly, just seemed a bit strange.

Friendly and fast service. How secure is a thing as I have a feeling it was placed in the store room not a secure locker room. But nowt was stolen so am happy.
