For some reason, after reading other users' reviews, we didn't pay attention to the fact that there was no asphalt in front of the hotel and no elevator. We had to trudge along a cobblestone street for about 400 meters, carrying two suitcases and a backpack up to the second floor. Otherwise, everything was perfect: there's a separate small room where you store your belongings, but it's not locked. That means it won't be locked, and when you come to pick it up, you'll show your receipt and your QR code, but no one will check what exactly you took from there. In our case, everything was fine; everything was safe and sound.

This is a family-run business, and all the staff were incredibly kind and provided trustworthy service. They even called a taxi for us on our way back, which we really appreciated. I would definitely love to come back again next year. The staff can also speak both English and Spanish. Thank you!

Open 24/7. There's Wi-Fi at reception, and the staff are helpful. The location is convenient for the city center. The only downside is the cobblestones (if you're carrying heavy suitcases).

Excellent. No problems at all, the service was very good. It was a great option for exploring Belgrade without having to carry heavy suitcases.

Everything seems convenient and fine, but it's just a corner of a bar where people smoke. It was convenient, though, that there were plenty of outlets; you could choose the closest one and pay online.
