Straightforward process and the staff were lovely!!

The location is excellent, directly opposite the main bus station in Faro, it was quick and easy to drop and pick up my bags, and the storage location was completely secure (not dumped in the back of a shop)

Such nice staff at reception even when we traipsed in with the kids much to their surprise. I would use again and actually recommend the hostel to any travellers (without kids!)

My only issue was I found it hard to locate but once I found it, the service was perfect and the lady we dealt with was helpful and friendly.

Wonderful storage option. Staff were super friendly on drop off and collection and Even offered the use of facilities and if we wanted any water to drink.
