Super easy and quick. Just a warning, there are stairs leading up to the lobby, but they are wide/manageable. Very convenient location near Toulouse Matabiau train station.

Super helpful staff that let me build and pack my bike inside the reception. Left a bikebag for five days there. Only thing is that the security could be better as all bags are stored in the same space.
