It was an easy experience, however the staff are unaware of this program. I get it’s new but it should at least be mentioned or even trained to the staff for future customers.

They had my reservation ready. The bags are kept behind the kitchen counter and you have to take a photo of your bag to claim it later. But it worked really well. It’s 3 minutes from the Grand Central. Only warning: if you’re a girl don’t go upstairs alone to eat because it’s like a pub but a bit weird
