Staff were friendly and promptly responded to my inquiries. The location can not be beat as The Purple Store was right next to Pikes Place Market. People just need to remember the area closes 5 - 6. We spent 3.5 hours in the market without having to drag luggage around. Highly recommend the place.
Lovely manager, so kind and patient with us (solo traveling with three young kids yikes!). Didn’t mind when we took forever to transfer items from our bags. Good hours, good location. In the future, I’ll drop off bags close to our first stop, not closer to our hotel. We spent a lot of time backtracking, whoops!
I was so pleased to discover a luggage storage here, and what a lovely cafe it turned out to be! We even returned earlier than planned just to enjoy it a bit more and have drinks. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the cozy atmosphere made for the perfect end to our holiday. Thank you!

Perfect location, minutes from the train station. Best decision I made was to store my bag for smaller parts of my trip.
