Very easy to drop off and pick up, restaurant is lovely but we didn’t have time to eat. Staff were very friendly and bags had no issues after picking up☺️
Booking online to dropping the bags off and picking up all was simple and easy and well worth it not to have the extra luggage
This was our first time using bounce, and we didn't know to take a picture of our bags, but everything worked out great. We would have loved to have eaten a meal when we picked up our bags, but wound up not being hungry at that moment. Maybe next time!
