Everything was excellent, but it’s not suitable for heavy luggages ‘cause the location is on the second floor with narrow stairs and no elevator

We were there on Sunday the 24th at 1pm. The lady that served me could see I was stressed as we had a lot of bags but was so helpful and kind. I'm sorry I didn't get her name but please know that she is an asset to your team.
They just keep it by their desk, but it seemed like it was well watched

Your service was excellent. The staff handled our bags carefully, and gave us a sense of bags would be safe. Bag tags were given to us for each bag. It was easy to book online to use Bounce the next day. Drop off was very easy and pick up was also very easy. Staff were friendly and professional. I highly recommend Bounce at this location. They gave, 5-star plus service. Thank you Elizabeth (from New Zealand).
The staff helped me a lot and was very polite. I was able to store my luggage prior to the official opening time.
