The held my bag behind the counter and had me give them a slip they printed out to retrieve so they could be sure it was mine. Seemed very secure.

I was the workers first bounce customer and he did a good job processing me quickly and getting me on my way at drop off and pickup
It was a great experience but one odd thing was that no one at the location knew they were a Bounce partner - even the owner! Again, they were terrific and I was able to share the document that you provided letting them know how to check me in and out. But perhaps some messaging on your end to let the individual locations know - it would prevent some initial awkwardness for those less patient and easy going than I.
Easy and convenient and had no issues at all.
Staff was polite, welcoming and professional. All went smooth both at drop-off and pick-up.
