The front desk staff was kind and attentive at accommodating our luggage storage. Felt very secure as he brought our bags downstairs and then back up when we picked up the luggage. He even went above and beyond to provide restaurant recommendations and allow my sister to stay in the hotel lobby as she was too tired to explore the area while we waited for our airbnb check in

Bags were put in the staff room next to the front desk of the hotel. Seemed safe and they were friendly!
The staff were friendly and made the drop- off and pick- up process so easy. Bags were tagged and kept in a room behind the desk in the lobby which felt secure.
