The reception was excellent, and they take care of our things very well

I have never done a luggage drop off before but it was a really easy process. Just had to show the guy my reservation and he handled the rest.

Staff was polite, the bags are stored in a locked room which is nice. Be aware that you will need to carry the bags to the first floor.

Our experience was amazing. Mary was incredibly helpful and so polite. She was also super informative about the area. After Mary checked us in and secured our luggage, she showed us a great place to grab brunch. Unfortunately, we only got to meet Mary for luggage storage, since we had to check out of our here early and they didn’t offer luggage storage. However, Mary has access to Air BnB’s and is incredibly nice. I definitely recommend popping into the Rooster Club to see Mary and see what she can do for you.
