We needed to drop off our luggage for a couple of hours and this place is great! We felt our luggage was safe and the staff was really friendly. It's in a perfect location close to Hagia Sophia. I will totally use this place next time I come back.
Location was right next to the bus to the airport and the staff were sooo friendly- offered us tea/water and wifi if we need to hang out waiting.
Good service. Easy to drop off and pick up. Use the QR code which the hotel reception staff scan when you drop off and pick up. Luggage is stored in a locked room in the hotel basement. All in order and nothing missing when we collected bags after 5 days.
The personnel help us for a quickly check in and check out and request a taxi for us.
