This was a great spot for my group of ten (which included 18+ bags, mostly large luggage), and the staff stored it with ease and kept it safe. Some reviews say it is hard to find, but I strongly disagree. It could not have been easier to find unless it walked up and slapped me in the face first. I highly recommend!
In contradiction to the Bounce site, the hotel is open 24/7. So no restrictions for dropping or picking up luggage.
