Oversize packages are larger than 2ft x 2ft x 2ft or weigh more than 25lbs. Before you can send an oversize packages, you need approval from Bounce and the pickup location. Contact us to get approval.

Do I need to notify the store in advance of my packages arriving?
It helps but it's not mandatory!
Do this with our package tracker: use the tracking number you received from your shipping company after shopping online and add it to our tracking information. Your chosen pickup point will be automatically notified. By doing so you maximise the chance of receiving your delivery to our locations. We will be on the lookout!
When your package arrives, the store will check it in using your identification code, and you'll be notified that your package has arrived.Is Bounce's package receiving service secure?
Yes! Bounce takes security very seriously, which is why we make sure the businesses we partner with have secure, monitored places to store packages. Our partners are trained to require a valid photo ID for all pickups to make sure only authorized individuals can access your packages.
How do I contact my Bounce address?
We provide you the contact information of the location in your pickup details via our chat - if you need to contact a location prior to booking just contact us directly on our chat!
Where is my package Bounce?
If you're not sure where your delivery is, the first step is to check the tracking information provided by the carrier (USPS, UPS, Amazon, etc). Add it to the Bounce Package Tracker to get the most up-to-date information on the package's location.
Once your carrier indicates your package has been received, then our Bounce business partner will send you a notification. If you have any more questions about your mail, just contact support.
Do I need to present an ID for pickup?
Our partners will ask for a valid ID at pickup to protect you and your mail. There's no need to sign at pickup.
Can someone else pick up my delivery?
We allow people other than the Bounce account owner to pick up the delivery; just share the pickup information with the person you want to pick up your delivery. Be aware that Bounce partners may request more information at pickup, like asking for the pickup person’s ID.
Can a company receive packages at a Bounce pickup point?
A company can receive a delivery at a Bounce location, and the sign-up process is the same as it is for individuals. The person in charge of the pickup will have to prove their association with the company that owns the package.
How long do you hold my package for?
You have 5 to 7 days to pick up your package depending on your plan (check our rates). We charge $1 per additional day.
30 days is the storage limit - if you wish to extend that period, contact us.
After 30 days, store owners are allowed to send back or dispose of the packages.What is the size limit of the packages?
A package weighing more than 25 pounds or measuring larger than 2 feet x 2 feet x 2 feet counts as an oversize package. Oversize packages are subject to availability of the selected store and cost extra; if you are unsure, contact us and we will reach out to your preferred location to confirm availability.
What are the locations that will receive my package?
We have 10,000+ locations all around the world, ranging from convenience stores that are open 24/7 to 5-star hotels, co-working spaces and coffee shops. We're always adding new locations every day. Contact us if you would like to add your local shop to the Bounce network.
I booked the "Pay As You Go" plan several days ago to receive a package. How long does this booking last?
"Pay As You Go" bookings have no validity in time, meaning they don't expire and you can use them whenever you want like a regular mailbox. You'll be charged every time a new package arrives at the Bounce location.
How can I cancel my subscription?
In the "My Pickup Points" section, just select your location and click on "Cancel subscription". It's that simple and it works on both our website and the Bounce Package Pickup mobile app.
What is my Bounce Code?
After booking a location to receive your packages, we'll provide you with an address that includes a unique code to be used on all your online deliveries. It's your Bounce identifier - don't forget it!
What is the difference between package lockers and a service like package receiving and package acceptance?
Package receiving services are more convenient because you can receive packages from any online shop (and any carrier like UPS) with one single address. The space isn’t limited by time or box sizes, so your deliveries can be picked up at a convenient time.
While a package locker isn’t always attended by a person, with the Bounce Package Receiving service your package is being watched over to prevent package theft.
Can I receive mail with Bounce?
Most of our locations are trained as a package acceptance service. Our locations are not all federally approved to receive mail. Please Please understand that package receiving services are made solely for package delivery, so it's not a mailbox.Can Bounce package acceptance act as a storage unit?
Bounce is not a storage unit solution. We have a fair use of 50 packages per week per customer. Our locations are small businesses and with limited space, please contact us for shipments bigger than that before you mail them.
How should use my address?
Use the address we have provided you after purchase, include your Bounce code, Your Bounce Store name and the address we have provided you. Match the suggested display on that screen.
