Great customer service and flexibility. A huge thank you to Bitu for going above and beyond, he was sweet and very helpful about the process.
Staff were friendly and promptly responded to my inquiries. The location can not be beat as The Purple Store was right next to Pikes Place Market. People just need to remember the area closes 5 - 6. We spent 3.5 hours in the market without having to drag luggage around. Highly recommend the place.
