They were very help full with storing my odd sized Bike Box. Friendly staff and great location. Upon pickup I was allowed to pack my bike in the store so I wouldn't have to do that...

Great staff and great hospitality, they were super accommodating to us and letting us stay in their lobby for some time after our bus got delayed. Bags were in a safe location and felt confident leaving them there.
Very convenient location out the front of Frankfurt Station. Cross over the main street and metro into the pedestrian mall, and its about the third shop on your right.
24 hours and very convenient, especially near the main train station
near the main station and it's a hotel with really helpful and friendly reception. 24/7, and the security was good. overall awsome
