Alles bestens, aber beim Abholen wurde auf das Scannen des QR-Codes vergessen. Ich hatte kein Problem damit, aber dann bekam ich die automatisierte Nachricht, dass meine Buchung noch offen sei. Ich kontaktierte den HelpDesk, dieser beendete daraufhin die Buchung manuell.

Convenient and secure luggage storage! The locker is easy to use, and the location is good. Just quick and reliable service.

Excellent service and highly appreciated. But really need to highlight on google business/google maps that the luggage storage is in the actual hotel. I walked around looking for "Bounce" signage and only confirmed the location by quickly looking at previous reviews on Google. Really loved the efficiency of booking the Bounce service online (1min) and just having a QR code to show.
