I would also have selected friendly staff and convenient location. More than one reason :).
The process to check in was quick and efficient. I would definitely use the services again. Staff at this location were also very friendly.
The associates at the UPS had a hard time figuring out the process. Luckily they were able to remember after trying a few times. Great service still and extreme convenience.
