The hotel staff was very friendly and fast, we had no issues with the check in and out, it's in a very good location and safe
The storage location I got was 24hrs open so getting my luggage at any time is possible.
Located close to the Mainz Central Station. People at the front desk are all nice and kind. Stored in a fully secured storage place. If I have a chance to come back to Mainz, I will definitely book this place again.
