  • Location was well marked as it’s a hotel, The front desk is right at the entrance and the woman behind the counter knew exactly what we needed to do and where very helpful, the room was secure and I felt safe leaving my bags at this location. Retrieving them was a breeze as well. Over all great location, super helpful people, secure place.

  • The location was fine, a little hard to find since Westkreuz is a maze 😅 I couldn't open my locker for pickup but your live-chat colleagues helped me and since in hindsight I think I was the one who made a mistake this was a good experience.

  • Kiosk was great. Had problems booking, because the confirmation was automatically sent to my PayPal address (which I normally ONLY use for PayPal, not email correspondence). When I was asked to register to create an account with bounce, I used a different email address. My booking was then not in the account. This should be handled differently
