The front desk customer service was very friendly!

Very friendly staff

The staff were very friendly and let us use the bathrooms but was pretty expensive considering there was no system that determined our bag (no label system or anything) so just a big room at reception with a bunch of unlabelled bags and people can just grab whatever

It is super close to the station

The lady behind the desk asked us to store our luggage in a room right off receiption that was wide open filled with other peoples luggage. No photos were taken so there was no record of the bags that we dropped. It would have been very easy for anyone to walk off with our bags.

The lady at the reception was very kind in receiving our suitcases.

Staff were great and drop off was easy. We weren’t asked for any info and bags were kept in an unlocked room next to reception, felt like they could get mixed up easily.

Service was quick and very friendly. Booked the reservation while on the train to Pisa. Could not be easier? Located across from the train station. Perfect!

Excellent location to not struggle with carrying suitcases

Very nice staff! Super friendly and welcoming.

Keep luggage out of site.

They were very kind and I had no problems, I want to make that clear. But when we arrived they didn't ask us for anything nor did they give us a receipt for the suitcase. The room where we left it didn't have a door and was easily accessible to anyone. When we arrived there was another person, it was another shift, and I think that anyone can take whatever suitcase they want. I insist that I had no problems but I did leave with some concern. My suggestion is a simple receipt that allows me to prove which suitcase is my own.

Only used for 1 hour to take pics at Pisa tower. Did what it needed yo do :)

very easy process but the room didn’t have a door which made me slightly uncomfortable but there was someone there when we dropped off and picked up anyway; so all good!

We had no problems and it is right by Pisa train station which was very convenient. Just be aware that it is not lockers it’s just a room to put your cases in which was fine for us
