  • It was great to leave my luggage at the locker on the last day. My suitcase was heavy, so I left it there and visited Ueno Zoo. If you are planning to visit the zoo, don't leave your luggage here. There are huge coin lockers inside the zoo. They are big enough for a person to fit inside. The price is also affordable, which is great.

  • Perfect location especially if you're catching the skyliner to the airport. You can go peruse ueno Park or some of the shopping. There are 5 steps up to the elevator. It's on the 5th floor. They saw the elevator open upstairs and immediately jumped to help with my bags. All they needed was to scan the QR code and we were all set.

  • The actual storage space was not with the karaoke firm mentioned in the name, but a bar on the basement level. There was a small note about where to go if you booked with bounce. From the street there are some stairs before you can get to the elevators. Drop-off felt secure, they checked the app qr-code and but number tags on our bags. Pick up was more chaotic. It seems the whole bar space was booked for a private party. On the lobby there were non-staff members who were confused of why we were there. However, one of them did get the idea to bring our tags tor he staff and we got our bags. Staff did not check the app when returning the bags, but the tags matched and nothing was missing. We did come come about 30 min before the booking ended, so I am not sure if the situation would have been different have we arrived specifically on that time.

  • Right next to Keisei Ueno. Great location. Even the coin lockers inside the station were packed, but this place was spacious. Lockers cost 1,200 yen per bag, but we paid 1,350 yen for two! That's great lol.

  • Location had stairs to the elevator, which made hauling luggage a little hard. We also didn't realize Bounce wasnt a dedicated luggage storage place, and though there was an initial sign outside, there was no sign at the bar where the Bounce location was at.
